Prior to founding Apache Capital,
Philippe was a Principal and head of Global Leveraged
Strategies at Morgan Stanley (1997-98). Philippe
joined Morgan from Lehman Brothers where he was
an SVP (1991-97) and held the positions of Proprietary
Trader, head Derivative Strategist, senior Structured
Bond Trader, and head of Structured Swaps during
his tenure. Philippe began his derivative career
at Security Pacific Hoare Govett where he rose to
Principal, head of derivative product origination
for the North Eastern US (1987-91). MSc., London
School of Economics; MBA with honors, U. of Chicago.

| Robert K. Lutey, Managing Director
and Portfolio Manager. |

Prior to joining Apache Capital,
Bob was an SVP at Lehman Brothers (1988-2006) where
he held various positions including senior Structured
Bond Trader, and NY head of Quantitative Credit
Risk Management during his tenure. Bob started his
career on Wall Street at Salomon Brothers, where
he built option pricing models for the firm's fixed
income proprietary trading desk. MBA in Finance,
Wharton School, BA in Mathematics, Rutgers.

| Y.T. Lee, Vice
President and Head of Operations. |

Prior to joining Apache Capital,
YT was CFO of Korean Investment Securities America,
Inc., where he headed the firm’s operations
effort, and was responsible for all middle and back
office activities, compliance (SEC, NASD), capital
budgeting, and financial reporting. YT started his
career at LG Securities America, where he held various
positions including long/short equity trader, and
Operations Manager. BA in Economics, Clark University.

Modeling and Risk Management. |

Deane brings significant pricing
and modeling experience to the team as Head of Fixed
Income Research at Andrew Kalotay Associates. Dean
has taught Mathematics at the Courant Institute,
Columbia U., and Polytechnic U. PhD in Math, Harvard
U. BA in Math and Physics, U of Pennsylvania. Sloan
Foundation Fellowship, National Science Foundation
Fellowship.
